Job Summary

The Manager – Digital & Electronic Channels Support will lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the bank’s digital banking platforms and electronic channels. The successful candidate will oversee digital banking strategies, ensure platform reliability, enhance customer experience, and lead a team of digital banking professionals while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank’s digital banking strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify emerging digital banking trends, technologies, and business opportunities.
• Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital banking platforms.
• Oversee continuous improvement of digital banking products and electronic channels.
• Ensure digital banking platforms are secure, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Enhance customer experience by improving usability, accessibility, and functionality.
• Analyze customer feedback and digital usage trends to improve engagement.
• Monitor platform performance using analytics and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure critical digital banking systems maintain 24×7 availability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the digital banking team while promoting innovation.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Or a related discipline.
• Project Management qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing, developing, and implementing digital banking platforms.
• Experience leading IT teams.
• Experience integrating digital solutions with core banking systems and financial technologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
