Job Summary

The Junior Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the branch’s customer portfolio by acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and providing suitable banking products and financial solutions. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, managing credit risks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients.
• Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage associated credit risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal banking policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and resolve customer issues.
• Participate in business development activities and stay updated on market trends.

Candidate Requirements

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Part or full professional qualification recognized and acceptable to the Bank.

Experience

• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
• Mandatory exposure to credit operations and credit-related functions.

• Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
