Job Summary

The Team Leader – Inbound & Outbound Sales is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing Payable’s inbound and outbound sales operations. The role focuses on maximizing lead conversion, merchant acquisition, deployments, and revenue performance while ensuring strong team leadership, CRM discipline, and continuous improvement across the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily inbound and outbound sales operations.
• Drive team productivity through increased contact attempts and meaningful customer engagements.
• Monitor pipeline performance and overall sales funnel efficiency.
• Achieve deployment targets and collections performance.
• Monitor lead allocation and ensure timely follow-up through CRM.
• Improve lead-to-application and application-to-deployment conversion rates.
• Ensure documentation quality and minimize operational rework.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Back Office, Banking, Deployment, and Finance teams.
• Escalate operational issues and performance risks proactively.
