Job Summary

The Executive – Product Development & Range Management will be responsible for researching consumer trends, supporting the development of new products, coordinating cross-functional teams, and assisting in product launch activities. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to create innovative product designs and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Research consumer insights, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging product innovations.
• Support the design and development of new products, including aesthetics, technical specifications, and pattern development.
• Assist in planning and executing the annual product development and design calendar.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and successful product launches.
• Support the Marketing and Product teams by developing creative requirements, including product designs, artworks, and digital content.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Fashion Design
  • Product Design
  • Industrial Design
  • Marketing
  • Or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Product Development
  • Product Management
  • Merchandising
  • Or a similar role.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
