Job Summary

The Accounts Assistant will support the finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily accounting activities, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Support accounting documentation and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Perform additional accounting duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Part qualification in any of the following:
  • AAT
  • CIMA
  • ACCA
  • CA Sri Lanka
  • Or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
