Job Summary

The Warehouse In-Charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods to ensure quantity and quality accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure proper stock storage, handling, and inventory control.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate shipment loading and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Prepare packing lists, shipment invoices, and maintain all relevant shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics
  • Warehouse Management
  • Or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, shipment coordination, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an added advantage.
