Internship Summary

As a Banking Associate Intern, you will support daily banking operations while delivering excellent customer service. Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 passes at G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) with Credit passes in English and Mathematics.
• Minimum 3 passes at G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) (excluding General English).
• Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Certificate or Diploma in Banking & Finance from IBSL will be an added advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills; trilingual ability will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in Banking, Finance, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
