Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Telecommunications or equivalent qualification (IESL accredited preferred)
• Prior experience in telecommunications, network operations, or service quality will be an advantage
• Familiarity with drive testing tools and customer complaint handling is preferred
• Strong analytical and technical background in network systems
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (written and verbal)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct network benchmarking, drive tests, field tests, and data collection to evaluate service quality
• Monitor network performance and identify issues using KPI and root cause analysis
• Analyze QoS (Quality of Service) and QoE (Quality of Experience) metrics to assess network trends
• Handle customer complaints and perform technical investigations to resolve network issues
• Generate reports, dashboards, and performance insights using network data
• Support continuous network testing and optimization activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for network quality improvements
• Maintain and enhance testing tools and methodologies for better performance evaluation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of telecom network systems and analytics
• Experience with drive testing and network performance tools (preferred)
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret technical data and generate reports
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Ability to work in field and technical environments
