Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain functions is an added advantage
• Experience in telecommunications industry will be a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations including receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch of materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems with high data accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth material flow
• Prepare inventory, warehouse, and logistics performance reports
• Support warehouse operations including stock handling, storage optimization, and housekeeping standards
• Conduct cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation activities
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
• Support continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper material traceability
