As part of this transformation, we are looking for a highly driven Assistant Manager – AI Adoption & Value Realization to ensure our AI solutions are not only deployed but actively adopted and delivering measurable business value across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of AI, business transformation, and change, with a strong focus on post–go-live adoption, continuous improvement, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the post-deployment adoption lifecycle of assigned AI products.
• Monitor usage, adoption metrics, and KPIs, taking corrective actions to achieve defined targets.
• Work closely with business users to capture feedback and translate insights into actionable improvement backlogs.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release validation in collaboration with product and AI teams.
• Design and deliver user onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives to accelerate adoption.
• Build and manage champion networks across business units to promote sustained usage.
• Support process redesign and optimization aligned with AI-enabled ways of working.
• Track benefits realization against agreed business cases and support value realization reviews.
• Maintain dashboards, issue logs, and action plans to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and operations, influencing without authority.

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–9 years of experience in areas such as business transformation, analytics, digital / AI programs, product adoption, or change management.
• Hands-on experience supporting adoption, change, or value realization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with exposure to KPIs, dashboards, and benefits tracking.
• Good understanding of the AI / digital product lifecycle, especially post-deployment challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Professional certifications in Agile, Change Management, or Product Management will be an advantage.
