Fintech Officer – Customer Experience

• Support customer service and customer experience activities.
• Respond to customer requirements and inquiries professionally.
• Assist in improving customer journeys and service processes.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer-related matters.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience.

Fintech Officer – Risk & Compliance

• Support risk and compliance-related activities.
• Assist with monitoring compliance requirements and internal procedures.

Fintech Officer – Marketing
