Job Overview
PMF Finance PLC is seeking an experienced and responsible Officer In Charge (OIC) to join its Branch Monitoring Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently monitoring branch operations, reviewing compliance, evaluating operational controls, identifying risks and reporting significant observations to management.
This position is suitable for a banking or finance professional with strong branch operations experience, leadership capabilities, analytical skills and a good understanding of compliance and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branch operations.
- Thorough knowledge of branch processes, operational controls and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial institution branch procedures and internal controls.
- Strong leadership, analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently monitor and review branch operations.
- Strong understanding of operational risk and fraud risk.
- Possess a valid driving licence for both motor vehicles and motorcycles.
- Willingness to travel and be deployed to branches across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent monitoring and review of branch operations.
- Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review operational controls and identify potential fraud and operational risk exposures.
- Perform periodic branch inspections and prepare detailed monitoring reports.
- Identify weaknesses in branch processes, controls and operational procedures.
- Recommend appropriate corrective actions and track their implementation status.
- Report significant observations, control weaknesses and operational risks to management.
- Support risk management and internal control enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct branch visits and inspections as required.
- Follow up on identified issues and ensure appropriate corrective measures are implemented.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to management regarding branch monitoring activities.
