Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
• Candidates with hospital or healthcare system experience will be given priority.
• Experience working with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Clinical Management Systems (CMS), or similar healthcare platforms is an advantage.
• Age 40 years or above is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical support skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for computer hardware, software, and hospital IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HIS, CMS, networks, and connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and user permissions.
• Ensure IT security, software updates, system maintenance, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Deliver efficient technical support while minimizing system downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and technical resolutions.
