Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer communication channels and handle high volumes of customer interactions.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Experience using CRM systems or similar customer service platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all customer service touchpoints, including hotline calls, telephone inquiries, emails, website orders, live chat, and social media communications professionally.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests using CRM or internal systems.
• Monitor customer service performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer care during all interactions.
