Qualifications & Experience

• Basic technical knowledge of machinery, tools, and equipment maintenance processes.
• Good record-keeping, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for reporting and inventory tracking.
• Valid driving licence with practical driving ability.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams.
• Experience in workshop operations, inventory management, or equipment maintenance will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain workshop inventory while assisting with stock verification and periodic inventory audits.
• Receive machinery and equipment for repairs and ensure proper handover back to sites after completion.
• Maintain accurate repair records by site and machine while tracking equipment usage and operational status.
• Coordinate with site teams regarding equipment movement, repairs, and workshop activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on repairs, inventory status, spare parts usage, and machine utilization.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with asset control procedures.
• Support the smooth operation of transport and workshop functions.
