Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or a Diploma in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while addressing customer inquiries and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned KPIs, including call handling time, service quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain a courteous and professional approach during all customer interactions.
