Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an apparel cutting department.
• Good knowledge of fabric types, marker planning, and cutting techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily cutting operations according to the production schedule.
• Ensure accurate fabric spreading, marker usage, and cutting processes.
• Monitor fabric utilization to minimize material wastage.
• Maintain required quality standards throughout the cutting process.
• Supervise cutting room activities to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of cutting machines and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain cutting-related records and production reports.
