As part of its commitment to quality management, Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is looking for dedicated Quality Inspectors to strengthen its quality assurance team.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Diploma, NVQ, or an equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or a related industry.
- Good understanding of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and documentation practices.
- Ability to identify defects, analyze quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in maintaining digital inspection records will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of materials, products, equipment, and operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report findings promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Support investigations into quality issues and participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve quality performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards during inspection activities.
- Assist in implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
