Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 12–15 years of construction management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, risk management, and project controls.
• Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), quality management systems, procurement, and building regulations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Chartered Engineer status will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement construction strategies, policies, and best practices to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
• Provide leadership and performance management to Project Managers, Site Managers, and construction teams.
• Monitor project performance, including budgets, schedules, risks, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through effective project planning, tender evaluations, and operational reviews.
• Prepare and present project performance reports to executive management.
