The bank is currently seeking experienced security professionals to strengthen its regional security management team.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Applicants should have served not less than five (05) years in one of the following capacities:
  • Chief Inspector – Sri Lanka Police
  • Captain – Sri Lanka Army
  • Lieutenant – Sri Lanka Navy
  • Flight Lieutenant – Sri Lanka Air Force
• Applicants who resigned or retired on medical grounds will not be considered.
• Applicants should be below 45 years of age as at the closing date of applications.
• Must possess the ability to ride a motorcycle.
• Must hold a valid driving licence for motorcycles and dual-purpose vehicles.
• Strong leadership, security management, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall security operations within assigned NSB regions.
• Direct, monitor, and review regional security systems in coordination with the Head Office.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
• Coordinate new security deployments and proactively report regional security concerns.
• Supervise maintenance of firefighting equipment and the provision of fire extinguishers to outstation branches.
• Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with bank security policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Security.

Salary & Benefits

National Savings Bank offers an attractive remuneration package and comprehensive employee benefits.

Salary Scale:

• Rs. 90,645 – 115,045 (1,220 × 20)
• Approximate initial monthly gross salary: Rs. 195,000
