Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
  • Arts
  • Commerce
  • Business Management
  • Public Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Engineering
  • Law
  • Social Sciences
  • Management
• From a UGC-recognized university in Sri Lanka
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in a relevant field

Internal Candidates:

• Must meet the above qualifications
  OR
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Officer in the Junior Manager (JM) category

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate administrative operations of the organization
• Support HR functions, staffing, and employee coordination
• Assist in policy implementation and administrative planning
• Handle documentation, reporting, and office management systems
• Coordinate between departments for operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and regulations
• Support senior management in administrative decision-making

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Scale: MM 1-1 (2025) – Rs. 91,690 – 168,240
• Gross Salary: Approx. Rs. 81,710 + Rs. 25,000 allowance + Rs. 17,800 cost of living allowance
• EPF: Employer 15% contribution, Employee 10%
• ETF: Employer 3% contribution
• Medical reimbursement under approved government scheme
• Other government-approved allowances and benefits
• Transport facility available from Colombo, Gampaha, Kadawatha, and Kochchikade
