Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in recruiting staff, factory employees, and machine operators.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in employee onboarding and recruitment documentation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for staff, factory employees, and machine operators.
• Conduct recruitment campaigns, factory visits, and job fairs to source suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, employee onboarding, and recruitment documentation.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and external recruitment networks.
• Maintain recruitment reports and manpower records.
• Support manpower planning activities to meet organizational workforce requirements.
• Ensure recruitment processes are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
