Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma, NVQ, or an equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintaining industrial sewing machines.
• Good troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing machinery will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair sewing machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial sewing machinery.
• Ensure sewing machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Maintain maintenance records and report recurring equipment issues.
• Support uninterrupted production by ensuring machinery reliability.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.
