Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology (NVQ Level 4 or Level 5) or an equivalent qualification.
• Age below 26 years.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, routers, switches, and servers will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and support network connectivity and system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and technical support activities.

Required Skills

• Computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• IT support and helpdesk skills.
