Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Management or Supply Chain Management from an accredited university or professional institution.

OR

• Diploma in Warehouse Management.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in material management functions within a manufacturing organization.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Goods Received Notes (GRNs) within 48 hours.
• Issue materials to the production floor on time as required.
• Manage segregation of running, deactivated, and liability materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Promote a positive working environment and handle employee-related matters appropriately.
• Support warehouse staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage warehouse housekeeping, administration, and physical inventory accuracy.
• Ensure efficient material storage and issuing processes.
• Work under pressure to achieve operational targets and on-time delivery (OTD).

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong warehouse and inventory management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
