Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support uninterrupted production through timely machine repairs.
• Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and performance.
