Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Apparel Independent Quality.
• Good knowledge of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), garment construction, and apparel quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Apparel, Textile, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-line, end-line, and final quality audits.
• Identify quality issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company quality standards.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality.
• Monitor quality performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products meet required quality specifications before shipment.
