Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or an equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field from an accredited university or professional institution.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant work experience in an apparel manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance processes, systems, and quality control techniques.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of garment quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain quality assurance systems, processes, and performance indicators.
• Ensure customer quality standards and product specifications are consistently achieved.
• Conduct routine sewing line audits and quality inspections.
• Guide and support in-line auditors to perform assigned quality control activities effectively.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Review quality specification charts, mock-ups, and quality documentation.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
