Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Completed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, or be an undergraduate, graduate, or candidate seeking an internship opportunity.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts and overtime when required.
• Candidates residing in Negombo, Ja-Ela, Kotugoda, Minuwangoda, or surrounding areas will be preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the textile and apparel manufacturing industry.
• Candidates who have completed relevant courses, certificates, diplomas, or qualifications in Textile and Apparel Studies, Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned apparel manufacturing and project-related operations.
• Assist with project coordination and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data entry and update project information.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements.
