Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or relevant professional qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM).
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar HR role.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Male candidates only.
• Age below 30 years.
• Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute overall Human Resources and Administration functions of the company.
• Handle HR administration and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, employee selection, and staff placement processes.
• Support disciplinary inquiry procedures when required.
• Manage employee attendance records and payroll administration.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Organize employee engagement activities to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Address employee grievances professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
