This leadership role is ideal for professionals with extensive expertise in enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, and cloud-based data platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and maintaining enterprise-wide data architecture while supporting strategic planning, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in data architecture, data warehousing, data integration, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools including Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams supporting MIS, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Planning functions.
• Good understanding of data governance, data quality, data pipelines, refresh strategies, and enterprise-scale data environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data architecture to consolidate information from data warehouses and source systems.
• Define and implement scalable data models, integrations, and data flows to ensure consistency, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to capture, structure, and store critical business data accurately.
• Manage data refresh schedules and data pipelines to support timely reporting.
• Build, optimize, and monitor dashboards and reporting platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, availability, and compliance to support MIS and strategic planning.
• Continuously improve enterprise data architecture performance.
• Prioritize data initiatives based on business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational risk.
