Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, project management, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience with ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, automation, and enterprise system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in KPI development, dashboard reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Sound knowledge of systems integration, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in vendor management, contract coordination, and project governance.
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and scalable technology solutions.
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis, redesign, and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage and deliver digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, BI tools, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct data-driven performance analysis to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee systems integration between legacy and modern technology platforms.
• Implement KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking systems to measure transformation outcomes.
• Ensure technology solutions meet data security, compliance, and scalability standards.
• Drive user adoption through effective change management strategies, training, and ongoing support.
• Develop and implement the organization’s business transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Establish and manage project governance frameworks, timelines, budgets, and reporting structures.
• Provide regular progress updates and transformation performance reports to senior management.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations for transformation projects.
• Facilitate workshops, strategic planning sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
