Position Details

Position: Software Developer

The Software Developer will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise software solutions, building secure APIs and integrations, supporting DevOps initiatives, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure applications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Proven experience in software architecture design, enterprise application development, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure) or Secure Coding will be an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, Python, PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid experience with backend frameworks, RESTful APIs, middleware integration, and microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of High Availability (HA) environments, data center clustering, SAST, and OWASP Top 10 security practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable enterprise software solutions and develop seamless integrations across applications, middleware, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Conduct peer code reviews to enforce secure coding standards, improve software quality, and minimize technical debt.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Infrastructure teams to validate deployment configurations and secure DevOps pipelines.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and build resilient systems with redundancy and failover capabilities.
• Mentor junior and mid-level software engineers while promoting best practices and code ownership.
• Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in application architecture planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with software development standards and security guidelines.
• Support application deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with Business Analysis, QA, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
