Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in pawning or gold loan operations within a recognized financial institution.
• Strong expertise in evaluating the gold content and authenticity of jewellery.
• Ability to identify counterfeit or substandard gold articles.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Applicants should be between 25 and 35 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Process gold loan advances within approved operational limits and company guidelines.
• Assess, value, and verify gold articles accurately before approving advances.
• Negotiate with customers regarding gold loan facilities and valuations.
• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures related to gold financing.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to grow the Gold Loan business.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to increase advances and portfolio growth.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal operational requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
