Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Must be a Senior Lecturer Grade II/I or above.
• Should be a member of the academic staff of the University.
• Must possess the leadership and administrative capabilities required to manage the Career Guidance Unit.
• Strong communication and student mentoring abilities are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Career Guidance Unit.
• Plan and implement career guidance and employability programs for students.
• Coordinate career development activities, workshops, and employer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculties, departments, and external organizations to enhance career opportunities for students.
• Promote career awareness and professional development among undergraduates.
• Ensure the effective administration and continuous improvement of the Career Guidance Unit.
