Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily store operations, maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring proper storage and material handling procedures within the factory. The role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate inventory-related activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and inventory operations.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with factory and operational teams regarding stock requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation related to store activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Assist with inventory audits and stock verification activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• G.C.E A/L qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of:
  • MS Excel
  • Inventory management systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Male candidates will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in factory or warehouse inventory operations
• Knowledge of stock control procedures
• Ability to handle material issuing and receiving processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
