Due to rapid business expansion, the company is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join its Human Resources team as an Assistant HR at the Head Office in Colombo.

Job Description
The selected candidate will assist in daily HR and administrative operations while supporting recruitment coordination, employee communication, documentation management, and general office administration activities. The role requires strong communication skills, team collaboration abilities, and knowledge of HR procedures and office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and interview arrangements.
- Handle office communication and employee correspondence.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee record management.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation when required.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional working environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Passed G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L examinations.
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive personality with strong teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Basic office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Any additional qualification in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.

- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and office administration
- Strong coordination and time management abilities
