Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, supervising staff, coordinating healthcare service activities, and ensuring high-quality customer service standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills together with the ability to work under pressure and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and administrative functions.
• Supervise staff and ensure efficient service delivery standards.
• Coordinate healthcare service operations and client support activities.
• Maintain strong communication with management, staff, and clients.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Handle customer service matters and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Support recruitment, scheduling, and branch workforce coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification in:
  • Business Management
  • Business Administration
  • Related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
• Positive attitude with strong team management abilities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants residing in Colombo or nearby areas will be preferred.
• Female candidates aged between 35–50 years.
