The organization is currently looking for a highly skilled Quality Manager – Screen Printing to strengthen quality assurance operations at its Seeduwa facility.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance operations related to screen printing production while ensuring compliance with industry standards, quality management systems, and customer requirements. The role requires expertise in QA methodologies, audit handling, team leadership, corrective action management, and quality-focused operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular audits related to:
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Product safety
  • Compliance standards
• Analyze quality performance data and implement corrective action plans.
• Mentor and manage QA teams while promoting a quality-focused culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational quality objectives.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and customers.
• Ensure certifications, licenses, and legal quality documents remain updated.
• Support top management in quality-related strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar QA managerial role within a screen printing facility.
• Overall industry experience exceeding 5 years in apparel manufacturing or screen printing operations.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • QA methodologies
  • Quality control tools
  • Product compliance standards
  • Screen printing quality processes
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of screen printing technical operations will be considered an advantage.
• Candidates residing near Seeduwa or willing to relocate closer to the factory will be preferred.
