Job Description

The Deputy General Manager assists the General Manager in:

• Overall administration and corporate management
• Operational, managerial, and strategic functions
• Enhancing production and increasing revenue
• Advising the Board of Directors
• Coordinating with international agencies, internal committees, and relevant institutions

Qualifications

Educational (External):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Science (UGC recognized)
• Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) from a recognized institute OR Corporate/Professional Membership
• Minimum 18 years’ managerial experience, including 5 years at senior managerial level in a large-scale printing establishment

Internal:

• Minimum 3 years satisfactory service in Senior Manager Category

Age Limit

• 35 – 55 years
• Upper age limit not applicable for internal candidates

Salary Scale

• HM 1-3 (2025): Rs. 152,500 – 15 × 4,100 – Rs. 214,000 (Monthly)
• As per Management Service Department Circular No. 01/2025

🔹 2. Assistant Manager (Administration & Human Resource Development) – MM 1-1 – 01 Post

Job Description

• Supporting administrative and HR management functions
• Formulating and implementing HR and administrative policies
• Ensuring a skilled, motivated, and productive workforce

Qualifications

Educational (External):

• Bachelor’s Degree (UGC recognized)
• 3 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant field in a government department, corporation, board, or reputed private organization

Internal:

• Minimum 5 years satisfactory service in Junior Manager Category
• JM category officers with required external qualifications are also eligible

Age Limit

• 22 – 45 years
• Upper age limit not applicable for internal candidates

Salary Scale

• MM 1-1 (2025): Rs. 91,690 – 10 × 2,480 – 15 × 3,450 – Rs. 168,240

Job Description

• Supervising estimate work of the department
• Managing estimation-related functions in printing operations

• Science Degree (UGC recognized)
• 3 years post-qualifying experience in a large-scale printing establishment

Internal:

• Minimum 5 years satisfactory service in Junior Manager Category
• JM officers with required external qualifications are eligible
