1. IT Risk Officer

01. IT Risk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support all hardware and software devices used in the organization.
• Update the inventory of operational and defective hardware/software.
• Configure hardware devices, install and update software.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level with three passes and a Diploma in IT (minimum one-year duration) from a recognized institution.
• Industry certifications in hardware maintenance are an added advantage.
• At least three years of experience in PC, server, printer, and network troubleshooting.
• Below 30 years (not applicable to those employed in the state sector).
• Rs. 68,650 – 560 x 20 – 79,850/- (inclusive of allowances for cost of living and rent).

Maintenance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of tools, materials, and maintenance tasks.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Perform structural maintenance, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and oversee repairs.
• Supervise the maintenance team and ensure safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications:

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level with five credits (including Mathematics, Sinhala/Tamil, and English) in one sitting.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level with three passes (excluding General English).
• A diploma or certificate equivalent to NVQ Level 5 in a related field.
• Four years of maintenance experience in a reputed organization.
• Below 40 years (not applicable to those employed in the state sector).
• Rs. 64,025 – 400 x 20 – 72,025/- (inclusive of allowances for cost of living and rent).
