🎓 Qualifications – External Candidates

Applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Business Studies
  • Business Management
  • Management
  • Commerce
  • Public Management
  • Or any other relevant degree recognized by the UGC

📌 Additionally, a Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field is required.

💰 Salary Scale

• Rs. 62,310 – 10×1,360 – 15×1,670 – 5×2,040 = Rs. 111,160/- (MA 5-2 – 2025 Grade II)
• Basic Salary Step: Rs. 56,899/-
• Plus Approved Government Allowances

🎓 Qualifications

(A) External Candidates (One of the following)

Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance Management / Management / Commerce or relevant field recognized by UGC
• Minimum 01 year post-qualifying experience

OR

Option 2:

• Passed Intermediate Examination of a recognized Chartered Professional Institute (relevant to the post)
• Minimum 01 year post-qualifying experience

(B) Internal Candidates

• Must meet external qualifications

OR

• Minimum 05 years satisfactory service in Junior Manager (JM) category in a relevant subject area within SLSPC

💰 Salary Scale

• Rs. 91,690 – 10×2,480 – 15×3,450 = Rs. 168,240/- (MM 1-1 – 2025 Grade II)
• Basic Salary Step: Rs. 81,710/-
• Plus Approved Government Allowances

📝 Recruitment Procedure

Selection will be based on a Structural Interview conducted by an appointed panel.

Marking Scheme:

• Relevant Additional Experience – 30 Marks
• Relevant Additional Educational Qualifications – 30 Marks
• Other Achievements – 15 Marks
• Performance at Interview – 25 Marks

Total: 100 Marks
