🎓 General Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
✅ Academic Staff (Lecturers / Instructors):
- Bachelor’s Degree with First or Second Class (Upper Division)
- Master’s Degree or MPhil/PhD for Senior Lecturer posts
- Teaching and research experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in English and ICT
✅ Non-Academic Staff:
- Minimum G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualifications
- NVQ or Technical certifications for lab/technical roles
