Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. O/L passed with Science, Mathematics, and English
• Age below 35 years
• Willingness to work full-time on shift basis (06:00–13:00 and 13:00–20:00)
• Prior experience as a phlebotomist or nurse will be an added advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a clinical environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform safe and accurate blood collection (phlebotomy procedures)
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of blood samples
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Follow laboratory safety and infection control protocols
• Assist laboratory staff in daily operational duties
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas
• Ensure accurate documentation of collected samples

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in clinical procedures
• Ability to work in shift-based hospital environments
• Basic understanding of medical or laboratory procedures
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• Professional and patient-friendly attitude
