Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. O/L passed with Science, Mathematics, and English
- Age below 35 years
- Willingness to work full-time on shift basis (06:00–13:00 and 13:00–20:00)
- Prior experience as a phlebotomist or nurse will be an added advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a clinical environment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform safe and accurate blood collection (phlebotomy procedures)
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of blood samples
- Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Follow laboratory safety and infection control protocols
- Assist laboratory staff in daily operational duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas
- Ensure accurate documentation of collected samples
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in clinical procedures
- Ability to work in shift-based hospital environments
- Basic understanding of medical or laboratory procedures
- Strong teamwork and reliability
- Professional and patient-friendly attitude
