Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in ICU, HDU, or critical care units
• Registered Nurse with Sri Lanka Nursing Council (SLNC) or PHSRC registration
• Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) will be an added advantage
• Experience in monitoring and managing critically ill patients
• Strong clinical background in hospital nursing practice

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to emergency situations
• Assist doctors during ICU procedures and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and hospital protocols
• Deliver compassionate and professional patient care at all times
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams for patient management
