Qualifications & Experience
- Age below 40 years
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage HR functions independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, and exits
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records accurately
- Oversee payroll administration and attendance management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate internal HR communication and staff welfare activities

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
