Qualifications & Experience

• Age below 40 years
• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
• Ability to manage HR functions independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, and exits
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records accurately
• Oversee payroll administration and attendance management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate internal HR communication and staff welfare activities
