Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. A/L qualification with a professional qualification in Sales or Marketing, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance distribution management
• Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Visit low-performing agents and marketing executives within the assigned cluster and provide coaching to improve performance
• Monitor and evaluate cluster operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Manage sales targets, performance metrics, and business growth strategies within the allocated territory
• Guide and support sales teams to achieve targets and maximize productivity
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical business practices
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and performance of agents
