Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a recognized Hotel School qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and related systems
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good command of the English language
• Computer literacy will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise food and beverage service operations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service delivery
• Manage daily F&B activities within the hospital environment
• Support staff training and service improvement initiatives
• Ensure patient and customer satisfaction through excellent service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
