Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed laboratory or hospital
• Strong practical knowledge in laboratory procedures and diagnostics
• Ability to work in multi-location healthcare environments
• Professional certification or relevant training will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently
• Handle and process patient samples according to medical standards
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness
• Record and report test results with high accuracy
• Support senior laboratory staff in daily operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards in the laboratory
