Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification from a recognized Hotel School will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed hotel or bakery environment
• Age between 30–55 years preferred
• Strong experience in pastry and bakery preparation
• Candidates living in or near Ratnapura will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and confectionery items
• Decorate cakes and pastries using icing, glazes, and modern bakery techniques
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Ensure quality consistency in all bakery products
• Work efficiently to support daily kitchen operations and service requirements
• Contribute to patient satisfaction through high-quality food preparation
